My first cat - Blinkis

Blinkis is my first cat I got in October 2007. So she will be 4 year this year. Still lady of the house and very quiet. Her best friend and fighter buddy is Mini. I had Blinkis for about 7 months before Mini came into Blinkis life. She never complains or has been sick. Was sterilized when she was 7 months. She has also been close to home all the time and likes to follow me to the supermarket for shopping sitting outside and waiting for me. Then she likes to speak when I’m inside.
She can also be very private, don't like to have other family members lying beside her when she is sleeping. Always on time and comes when you call for here...

This is my first but not the last!!!

Start of the week with a great day

Today was a wonderful day. Sun was shining and I felt better after a really bad hangover. I was up on my feet about 7.00 in the morning. My usual morning routine and then do the things that I planned for to do today. I manage to be ready on time and made some nice lunch. Then it was time for work.
 Back home from work to all the cats, all wild and crazy. After I gave them food, they played for a while and now all are sleeping in their own places. Time for me also as I want to go up the same time tomorrow.  I did not manage to catch Mathia today so I try tomorrow morning. She has to be operated soon.
It looks like it will be rain on Wednesday here in Rhodes, could be the last one until October.

Hang Over and brainless

So, whole weekend I have been busy with the garden and it looks better every day. Also I got invited for a barbeque party in Pastida. It was very nice and excellent food. Thanks to Popie and Antonis. It was lots of retsina and raki to the food. It was nice yesterday but not today. I have been home sick/hangover. But manage to be out in the garden for a short while. In the evening I spent watching the last episodes of Spartacus Gods of the arena. This 2 series have been amazing and a fantastic story. This is what I call TV. It takes me back to the 80’s and another short TV series Masada.


Tinnie have a cold again and tomorrow I will take Mathia for sterilization, the vet did not had time last week so I took her back home. My neighbor Barbra is not back yet from England. So I have to get some cat food for her cats also. I can see that they miss her. 

This is for today. As I have not been in the best mood today, I’ll will write more tomorrow.

Time for change!

As I have not been totally happy with my previous blog I have decided to take a chance and start a new one here. So here I go, Taking baby steps with this.
